IMPORTANT NOTE: Selected real estate agents must provide their own essential tools: a vehicle, smartphone, personal computer, be registered as self-employed (autónomo) with Social Security, and hold a high school diploma (bachiller superior) or equivalent. We also offer the Master API Plan for ASFI students who wish to practice the profession.
